PEANUT BUTTER VELVET SUNDAE SAUCE
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, heavy
cream, sugar, light corn syrup and butter. Bring to a boil
over low heat, stir in vanilla; mix until smooth.
Yield: 4 servings (1/3 cup sauce per serving).
