1 tbsp cinnamon |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 egg |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1 cup almond milk |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
1 mashed banana |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
2 tbsp melted coconut oil |
Banana Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl mix egg, maple syrup, almond milk, peanut butter, banana, vanilla, and coconut oil.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined.
- Line or grease a muffin tray and evenly distribute mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sliced banana.
