Peanut Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Pasta Salad
5 oz corkscrew macaroni |
10 oz frozen peas and carrots |
1 cup cocktail peanuts |
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed |
2 tbsp onion, minced |
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing |
1 tbsp prepared mustard |
3 tbsp sweet pickle relish |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopper |
Peanut Pasta Salad Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and chill in cold water;
Cook peas and carrots according to package directions, drain and chill in cold water; drain.
Put macaroni and vegetables in a bowl and toss with peanuts, cheese, chopped eggs and onion. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and cayenne.
Stir into macaroni mixture.
Chill until serving time. Make approximately 6 cups.
