Peanut Sauce

2/3 cup creamy Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons reduced sodium Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Thai Chili Garlic Paste
1 minced Garlic Clove
1 tablespoon fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Honey

Thai Chicken Pizza

1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
1 envelope rapid rise Yeast (or store bought dough ball)
1 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup warm Water
3 tablespoon Canola Oil
Peanut Sauce
1 cup shredded Italian Cheese
1 cup cook/diced Chicken Breast
1/2 red/thinly sliced Bell Pepper
1/4 cup/shredded Carrots
2 tablespoons/chopped Green Onions
2 tablespoons Cilantro Leaves
2 tablespoons/roasted/chopped/salted Peanuts

Thai Chicken Pizza Directions

  • Start by placing the flour, Fleischmann rapid rise yeast or store-bought dough ball, sugar and salt into a medium size bowl
  • Add warm water and oil, mix for a minute until well blended
  • Place dough in ball form. Add additional flour if necessary, until pliable and smooth
  • Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes
  • Spray pizza pan with cooking spray or rub with oil onto 12’’ pan then spread the dough
  • Pour peanut sauce on and top with cheese, chicken, red bell pepper, carrots and green onions
  • Bake at 325 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
  • Top with cilantro leaves and chopped peanuts
  • Serve with additional peanut sauce if desired
